Refund / cancellation policy
We take pride in supplying & making gorgeous bouquets & floral arrangements, using high quality products, our professional skill & most importantly love!
Every care is taken in preparing wedding bouquets, transporting & setting up event florals & we will always explain how to care for bridal bouquets when they are handed over. However, please bare in mind, flowers are a natural product & care must be taken. There are also things that will from time to time be out of our control, such as the weather, seasonal availability & longevity depending on flower type. In these instances, please feel free to ask us any questions so we can offer our professional advice to ensure your satisfaction with your bouquets/floral arrangements.
While we will do our very best to accurately describe your florals in your order/invoice both in text & via inspirational photos, please note it will be your responsibility to ensure you are fully aware of what it is you have ordered. While all of our florals are bespoke and no 2 bouquets will ever be the same, if at anytime during the planning process you are unsure of how the final product will look, please ask us. Lots of contact is the best contact & we are here to help you bring your dream day to life.
In the very unlikely scenario you are unhappy, please note, we do not offer refunds on bouquets & any floral arrangements.

Wedding floral payment terms:
1st & 2nd deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancelled wedding for any reason (including but not limited to; relationship breakdown, family conflict, death, natural disaster & pandemic) the 1st & 2nd deposits are non refundable per above.
If you are rescheduling your wedding, the 1st & 2nd deposits can be credited forward. Reschedules rolling into the next calendar year will incur a 7% increase of the total value, per year.
Final instalments are payable & non refundable, for any cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Final instalment will not be payable, for any cancellation made prior to 4 weeks before the wedding date, before the final instalment is due.
Discounted invoices may amend items on the order, to the existing value or more, but may not remove items to a lesser total value.

COVID-19 Policy:
Florals – When a snap lockdown or lockdown in general has been authorised by the Victorian Government, please note the following:
- If Little Stag has collected your Roses but not your flowers / foliage and a snap lockdown or lockdown has been authorised, in turn cancelling / postponing the wedding, the client will be asked to re-pay 30% of the total invoice, if the client chooses to reschedule with Little Stag. As a gesture of good will Little Stag will pay the additional Rose costs to minimise the client’s outlay.
- If Little Stag has collected your Roses / flowers / foliage and a snap lockdown or lockdown has been authorised, in turn cancelling / postponing the wedding, the client will be asked to re-pay 50% of the total invoice, if the client chooses to reschedule with Little Stag. As a gesture of good will Little Stag will pay the remainder floral costs to minimise the client’s outlay.
- If Little Stag has collected your Roses / flowers / foliage plus made items requested by the client / per invoice and a snap lockdown or lockdown has been authorised, in turn cancelling / postponing your wedding. All flowers / made items will be delivered to the client’s agreed chosen location with all monies from the order being forfeit. The client will then be required to re-book Little Stag and commence a new order / contract for florals once a new date has been advised to Little Stag.
As mentioned in previous T&C’s by Little Stag 1st & 2nd deposits are non-refundable and the final deposit is non-refundable if cancelling / postponing within a month of the chosen wedding date. The final instalment can only be credited forward for a rescheduled wedding date. In the event the client choses to cancel the wedding rather than postpone, or cancel at a later date, this 50% credit cannot be redeemed as a refund. In the event of a postponed wedding date and a 50% credit being used, should the client then decide to not proceed with a wedding in any form, this 50% becomes void. The contract is then made null and void with Little Stag.

Order changes:
We are happy to accept up to 5 revisions to your order. Each revision thereafter will be charged at $120(+gst). Final changes are due no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Please note we can accept item removal up to a maximum of 20% of your total spend. Orders with removal of items over and above 20% will have the remainder of floral budget allocated over existing items, to the value of 80% of the total order. Any clients breaching either of these 2 terms/options forfeit 1st and/or 2nd deposits paid, in assumption they will chose another floral vendor. Orders with discounts, refer to T&C’s above on item removal.
Please note: We have a $2000 minimum spend when ceremony / reception florals are added to your wedding florals order. If the $2000 minimum spend is not reached, either the quote will be increased to reach the minimum spend or the client can cancel their order forfeiting any payments or all payments made to Little Stag Floral Couture.
In addition, complementary ceremony or reception set up / delivery is only added to the order when minimum spend has been reached or a final price Little Stag Floral Couture has agreed on. Once this final price has been reduced by the client, Little Stag Floral Couture reserves the right to remove complementary ceremony or reception set up / delivery all together from the order/invoice.

Offers / Specials:
All offers / specials require a minimum spend total amount i.e spend in total $2000 (including discount) and receive 10% off the total amount on your order.
Offers / specials can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions being advertised or marketed at the same time.

Hanging Installation
Little Stag hanging installations are not a take home item.
We would love for our couples to take all the floral home, but unfortunately hanging installation florals isn’t one of them.
Hanging installation florals are constructed without a water source, meaning they are made to look their very best for the night of the wedding, but will not last past 12 hours. All hanging installations have a base construction that is on hire, along with rigging wire/supports. These items are removed as part of the pack down process. Unfortunately at this time, florals are not able to be made available for removal and will be disposed of.

Client Brief
We do the best we can to ensure that all floral pieces are as close to the inspiration image / client brief as possible, however, if there are any specific requirements or points that are of significant important to yourself, it is your responsibility to ask the question or make us aware, so we can do our very best to ensure you are happy and satisfied. Keeping in mind, flowers are a natural product, there is always going to be natural variation in the product. In terms of “greenery”, any installations/arrangements that specify “no green” means there will not be any added foliage, however, the green stem of the flower is unavoidable and there may be some instances where a few of the natural stem leaves remain.

Gift Bouquet / Bridal Bouquet deliveries – Via Online Store / Email / Phone.
Images of gift bouquets / bridal bouquets via our website / email and your purchase may very. Flower types will vary throughout the year, pending the season, weather & mother nature, but we’ll always select the best floral goodies we can get our hands on!
When placing your gift bouquet order please note: Gift bouquet orders must be placed by 8pm for next day delivery! Past 8pm your deliveries will be delivered within 48hrs. For Sunday deliveries, orders must be placed before Friday 8pm, otherwise we will deliver the following day – Monday.
When placing your bridal bouquet / buttonhole order please note: 5 day’s notice is required!
Delivery – FREE to Windsor/Prahran!
Deliveries available up to 30km radius – All deliveries beyond 30km will be customer pickup only – $20 up to 10km radius, $30 up to 15km radius, $40 upwards for over 15km radius.
Pick up available from our store in Windsor or choose delivery at checkout.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Little Stag Floral Couture will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
